Ready to do "the work" but don't know where to start? Have you already started "the work" but could use some tools, tips, and accountability? If you're ready to release some more of your traumas and dramas, we invite you to join us for our 12 week series Shadow Twerk! Each week Mandee Elam will teach a Shadow Work Lesson and pair it with a fun, lively, interactive Twerk Out that helps to release your shadow, while aligning your mind, body, soul, chakras, and spirit. Don't worry, these exercises are for your heart and soul. All body types and abilities are welcome. Shadow Work is about bringing the unconscious aspects of yourself to light and choosing if you want to reprogram or release them. This cosmic soul circle helps to support you in your path of healing. Also, we will be going through a Mercury Retrograde together! Classes will be recorded and available to view after.
